How do I get started ?

a.  Have you registered your domain name?  If not, you can do it right here.  To register your unique domain, go to the Registration Page.

b.  Have you selected a hosting plan?  It is very important to select the appropriate hosting plan for your personal or business needs.  You can view all hosting options on the web hosting package plan page.  Once you have selected you hosting plan, complete the online ordering form and we will email you your IP address along with your user id and password with 24hours, or call us toll free at 1.877.727.4965.  You will then be able to setup all of your website needs. 

c.  Have you moved your domain name IP to your new hosting IP address?  When you registered your domain name with  register.com or networksolutions.com, the actual domain name is sitting on their system.  So it is important to move your domain name IP to your new host IP.  What this does is it links up the domain name with the material you want to be displayed.  Network Solutions and Register.com both allow you to manage your own domain.  You can manually change the IP address on Network Solutions or Register.com.  If you are still having problems, please contact us and we will be gladly to assist your needs.

How will I know if my account has been setup?

Once you have ordered your desired service, we will email you your IP address along with your user id and password with 24 hours. If there are any troubles with your setup, we will notify you.  If you have not received any information with in 24hours, please contact us immediately.

How do I register my own domain name ?

To register your unique domain, go to the Registration Page.

How do I get my domain name moved over to my new host account ?

When you registered your domain name with  register.com, networksolutions.com,or any other register company, the actual domain name is sitting on their system.  So it is important to change your domain names  to your servers.  Here is the information for our servers:

You will need to login to where you registered your domain and change the dns (domain name servers) to what is listed below.  It usually take 78 hours for it to change to our servers.

Will I be able to FTP into my account ?

Of course!  We will provide you with your user id and password via email.  You can immediately begin to FTP (transfer) files into your new account.  If you are having problems transferring files, please contact us immediately.
